• Click the button above labeled “Download Pageant Recording .ZIP” 
• The file download should start automatically
• Choose the location on your computer to save the file – remember this location as you will need to access the zip later
• Find the downloaded .ZIP file on your computer in the saved location, unzip, and enjoy the videos

It is a compressed file which helps save on space and download time.

The videos for the pageant are large files, compressing them makes them easier to download in one batch and saves on the time needed to download them.

After downloading and unzipping the compressed file, you should be able to double-click on the video file and begin watching the playback. If it does not play, you could either be experiencing an issue with not having a video playback software available on your computer or there could be an issue with the file itself. Either will generally display an error message. Make note (or take a screenshot) of the error message in it’s entirety and contact us for assistance.
